We created this website to assist tourists planning to visit China in setting up and verifying their Alipay app for seamless use before they arrive, ensuring a smooth travel experience.
How it works?
These QR code represents all Alipay merchant QR codes. If your Alipay app can made any amount linked to your credit card or bank card, it means you can make payments to all merchants that accept Alipay, such as hotels, restaurants, and shops.
How to used TestAlipay?
After linking your credit card to Alipay, open the Alipay app, scan the QR code, and make a test payment. If the payment is successful, it means you can use Alipay with all merchants in China.
What are the amount should i try with TestAlipay?
After scanning the QR code, you can choose the amount to contribute. Donations of ￥5, ￥10 or ￥20 are especially appreciated. Thank you for supporting the maintenance of this site!
Whay should i do if my Alipay doesn't work?
Please check if your Alipay is linked with your local credit card.
Contact your bank to ensure your credit card can accept foreign transactions.
Do I still need to exchange CNY cash if my Alipay setup is successful?
You don't need to carry any CNY cash with you because Alipay is so widely used in China. Every shops, restaurants, grocery stores, wet market, night market, hotel, taxi, and all accept Alipay for payment.
